There is no minimum spend to your order.
- 2. How do I track my package delivery status?
You may check the delivery update emails from us. There is a shipment tracking URL which you can see the status of your package delivery.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa credit and debit cards and PayNow.
- 5. What is your returns/exchange policy?
At Liquor Times, we offer brands direct from the respective Brand Owners. All products are authentic. You can be confident that you will get only the finest and carefully curated products we have to offer.
We are happy and glad to accept returns or exchange of products that have damaged or incorrectly delivered items. While we do not expect this to happen, kindly contact our customer service within 24 hours upon receipt of your order in the event this occurs.
We are unable to accept returns if there is a change of mind. However, we do accept exchange of items provided the delivered item is in its original condition and a re-delivery fees of $10 is applicable.
- 6. Can I do self-collection?
Currently, we do not do self-collection during Circuit Breaker period.
- 7. Do you deliver to a PO Box?
As we only sell to person of legal age (over 18) to purchase our products, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box as this person is to receive the item.
- 8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free delivery service for orders SGD 68 and above.
